The Challenge

A leading shared services organisation recognised the need to strengthen collaboration and communication across its regional teams. As the company grew, leaders observed that differences in work styles and communication preferences were affecting team cohesion and effectiveness. The leadership team sought a structured, evidence-based approach to enhance self-awareness, trust, and alignment.

To address this, the organisation partnered with Red Dot Learning, an accredited Emergenetics® practitioner, to design and deliver an experiential team development workshop.
